Good news!!!

Bus Stop is going to be published!! Woot! Estimated date of arrival will be July/August of 2012. Long time yet, but it will see the light of day.

I AM excited.

And so it goes! Twenty-nine chapters edited so far, with a couple sitting with the editor. Feels good to be moving along and getting ever closed to sending if off to the publisher.

Been ages since I've hit this journal!! Must rectify that.

I'm well into hard edits with my editor, and a dear friend who is being a beta reader for me. It's been a slow process as we all have things going on in real life.

The plan is to have first round drafts done by July 31st, take August off to clear our minds and let the novel rest, then take a couple weeks in Sept to do one final run through. After that, it's off to the publisher where I really hope they accept it.

Just wanted to drop a line to those that are on my flist. Pass the word along to friends.

Once I know more, I'll update again.

Do it for Me deals with a long-term couple whose sex life has crumbled. Jason, who was seriously injured in a car accident, has performance issues and has shut himself, and his body, away from Zach. Zach is at the end of his rope and wants his partner back. In the past they had some success with D/s play, very mild. Zach talks Jason into going to a sex club for gay men using the D/s dynamic to break through the barriers that Jason has set up, so they can become the couple they once were.

This is very exciting for me. With lot's of hard work, and a driving passion, I finished a short story that will be on offer from dreamspinnerpress.com in November.
